The weather has been particularly bad for the city’s concrete.
The National Weather Service reported this week that it is currently in the midst of a record-breaking drought.
The weather service says it has seen more than 12 inches of rain fall since Friday.
It is already pouring over a major barrier between the city and the sea.
The rain has left some homes in the floodplain underwater and others underwater for more than four feet.
Some are even being left on the ground, unable to get back to their homes.
The city says that the flooding is so severe, it has put off the construction of a major concrete wall on Main Street.
But residents say that’s not going to stop them from building walls.
And the city has made it very clear it doesn’t want to put out the fire.
So, residents are building new walls.
The only problem is they’re not getting them in time.
A new study by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection has found that the average annual rainfall on the city is about 2 inches, while the average monthly rainfall is less than one inch.
But the report found that because of the drought, the city will need to add an additional 100,000 more square feet of concrete per year to keep up with demand.
To put that into perspective, the United States has about 100 times more concrete than New York.
The report says that in addition to having a shortage of concrete, there is also the problem of the climate.
While the average temperature in the city dropped by 1 degree Celsius since January, the number of days with the average temperatures more than 1 degree C higher than normal has increased.
As a result, the average amount of precipitation fell by 6.6 percent, and the average number of thunderstorms also fell by 4 percent.
To make matters worse, the report notes that the climate change caused the water in the lower 48 states to increase by 7.7 percent in the last month.
The study also says that there is the issue of the weather.
It notes that on average, the rainfall is below normal and that on the East Coast, the weather is often very dry.
In addition, the cold snap in the West has caused some water to run off the ground in some places, causing flooding.
But even in places like Long Island, New York, where the average yearly rainfall is over 2 inches and the temperature is more than 40 degrees, the water is still not running off the surface, the study found.
So what does the city of New York do?
It has begun building an outdoor concrete wall.
But not to the extent that the city wanted.
Instead, the walls will be built around the city in smaller pieces and connected with larger structures, like schools and community centers.
To the surprise of many residents, the concrete will not be made out of the same material as the buildings.
Instead of using concrete from New York’s water utility, the new concrete will be made from materials such as glass, aluminum and steel.
The project will be funded through a partnership between the New Jersey Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the city.
The new concrete is being designed by New York-based architect William J. McDonough.
The city will also pay the contractor for the work.
The cost of the project is estimated to be about $2 million.
